Still time to subscribe to a garden waste service

The Harrogate district provides a convenient and affordable garden waste subscription service that enables residents to dispose of their garden waste without having to visit a household waste recycling centre. The subscription fee of £43.50 provides fortnightly garden waste collections from mid-March to the end of November (19 collections in total), making it a great value for money.

To subscribe, you can log into your MyAccount and complete the subscription form online for the quickest process. Alternatively, you can contact the customer service team at 01423 500600 between 8:30am and 5pm from Monday to Thursday, or between 8:30am and 4:30pm on Fridays and provide your debit/credit card details.

Upon subscription, a license pack will be delivered to you within 14 days, confirming your garden waste collection day. Your first collection will begin during the weeks commencing 13 March or 20 March, and you can check your collection dates on the website.

If you are a first-time user, a 240-litre wheelie bin or reusable sacks will be delivered to your property. You can purchase additional bins or sacks by paying for additional licenses for each.
