Miso greens noodle pot

This healthy, flavour-packed noodle soup recipe makes a gloriously green veggie meal in moments. Miso paste, soy sauce and toasted sesame oil add a savoury punch to pak choi, edamame beans and filling egg noodles, then just add boiling water, plus a little fresh chilli if you like it spicy.

Dusted with cinnamon sugar and oozing with jam, this doughnut mug cake recipe ticks all the same delicious boxes that a standard doughnut does.
