Office Administrator Wanted


Dolce is looking for an office administrator.

We are a contract cater predominantly operating within the education sector. We have around 600 clients that stretch from Northumberland to Southampton, totalling around 1,800 employees. We're passionate about the service that we deliver and reward those who enhance this reputation.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a friendly & enthusiastic individual to join our HR team as an Office Administrator. You will be the main point of initial contact for general queries and requests and responsible for providing administrative support across a broad range of tasks.

Main duties include:

  • Processing requests from Managers including new starter paperwork.

  • Carrying out enhanced DBS checks on employees in conjunction with Line Managers.

  • Ensure all employee training records are kept up to date.

  • Maintain and manage employee records.

  • Provide administrative support to the HR team and Managers.

  • Respond to any general queries via phone, email or in person.

  • Opening & sorting through post on a daily basis including taking letters to the post office at the end of each day.

Who we are looking for:

  • You must have excellent attention to detail.

  • A great communicator, both verbally and in writing.

  • IT literate with a good level of spreadsheet knowledge.

  • A positive 'can do' attitude.

  • An ability to work to tight deadlines.
