Venue: Municipal Buildings, Calverley Street, Leeds, LS1 3AB

Date: 14th November

Times: 11am-1pm and 1.30pm-3pm

Venture into the experience of life drawing in this relaxed, supportive class taught by artist and tutor Boris Cruse.

You'll explore figure drawing including line, gesture and movement to develop your own artistic interpretation of the model.

Combining classical music and dance, the Art Library brings a unique atmosphere and opportunity to explore resources and books to those perhaps who have not yet tried regular life drawing classes.

The event is suitable for beginners and more experienced artists of all abilities, aged 16 and over. An easel and materials are provided, or you can bring your own. Hot drinks will also be provided. Event location: Drawing Room, Art Library, 1st Floor, Leeds Central Library.

This free event is part of SoundMind – a Leeds Libraries programme of activities to promote positive health and wellbeing through music. Events include author talks, live music performances, instrument taster sessions and singing workshops. Find out more.
