Due to continuing growth in the business, we are now recruiting for the following roles:

Residential Conveyancer:

We are looking for a Residential Conveyancer who can independently manage a busy workload while enjoying the benefits of working for a local, well-established Solicitors firm. The role will be based in our Residential Property Department. We are looking for the ideal candidate to start as soon as possible. There is a prospect of a training contract for the right candidate.

Private Client Solicitor:

We are looking for a full-time Private Client Solicitor to join a strong, friendly team. Our ideal candidate will be a qualified solicitor with 3+ years PQE in Private Client work. The successful candidate will be confident and well-organised, and an ambitious self-starter, who can handle a range of cases, including Wills, Probates, Estate and future planning, Powers of Attorney, and all Private Client work. They will also have experience running their own files from start to finish. The successful candidate will also be commercially minded, proficient in the use of IT, have excellent client care, an empathetic manner and an interest in business development.

Litigation Paralegal:

We are also recruiting for an experienced paralegal in our Litigation Department. This role will be best suited for someone who has experience in dealing with; debt recovery claims, land boundary disputes and Land and Tenant issues.

We are happy to consider candidates who have equivalent experience in handling general litigation matters. We are willing to be flexible with the number of hours offered (full-time/part-time). For all the above roles, please send your CVs and covering letters to michelle@hartlaw.co.uk
