Sarah, founder of Blossom Tree Social, has designed the planner to help people stay organised while supporting their wellbeing, with a range of interchangeable inserts that allow customers to build their planner or journal in a way that suits their individual needs.

The Balance Binder has been created for those who want to stay organised without feeling overwhelmed, by combining practical planning tools with wellbeing-focused features such as goal setting, meal and self-care planning, gratitude, reflection and mindful journalling.

Sarah said: "I wanted to create something flexible because we all organise our lives in different ways. Some people love goal setting, others prefer journalling or mindful activities, so this allows them to build a planner that works for them.”
