Connexa Technology Limited is looking for a Software Support Technician.
The Role:
The Software Support Technician will be responsible for dealing with issues across the 1st and 2nd line within software. You will be supporting customers and staff, and your main task is to ensure the best service possible is given.
You will be put through training and development programmes that will instantly increase your knowledge about your new role.
You will receive support queries via email, call and written formats and all these issues should be handled efficiently and professionally.
You will also need to show excellent customer service skills and you will be logging all your support traffic on the CRM (Customer Relationship Management System)

Key Responsibilities:
To be responsible for the support of all key software products.
To ensure customer support is always of the highest standard.
To work effectively as part of the team and share best practice.
To manage own workload, recording all customer contact on CRM daily.
To provide training and support for customers on the use of software both remotely and on site.
To provide out of hours support as per business needs.
