The countdown has begun – there’s now just one month left to submit nominations before entries close for the 2026 Yorkshire Choice Awards.

Organisers are calling on the public to help recognise extraordinary people, businesses, and charities across Yorkshire – those whose courage, kindness, and determination continue to shine in challenging times.

Nominations are open to anyone who has:

• Saved lives or inspired others through their story

• Raised money for charity

• Gone above and beyond in business or customer service

• Overcome personal hardship or made a lasting impact in their community

As a people’s choice award, the public not only nominates but also plays a part in deciding the winners.
