Create a stree-free Kitchen in time for Christmas with York Experts' new workshops

York-based professional organiser and decluttering specialist Cher Casey is teaming up with nutritionist and author Sally Duffin to help people declutter their kitchen and focus on healthy eating ahead of the festive season.

The Kitchen Refresh - Declutter, Nourish, Flourish, an online 2-part workshop, is ideal for anyone who feels overwhelmed by their kitchen and wants to save time, reduce waste, and improve their wellbeing.

The average family spends more than 400 hours a year in the kitchen but cluttered cupboards, crowded worktops, and overflowing drawers can make it one of the most stressful rooms in the house. A chaotic kitchen is also one of the main roadblocks preventing people from eating a nutritious diet.

“Knowing about healthy eating is one thing, doing it is another”, says Sally, “and a disorganised kitchen is a stumbling block for a lot of people.”

“An organised kitchen means healthier meals and quicker tidying up,” agrees Cher, “but it can also greatly improve your daily life. Even small changes make a big difference!”

The Kitchen Refresh takes place online at 7.30pm - 8.45pm on Tuesday 4th and 18th November and tickets are £67 including access to the recordings.

Cher and Sally will help people:

  • Understand the invisible impact of clutter

  • Declutter and maximise space so meal prep and tidying up is easier - this is a gamechanger ahead of the Christmas season, when guests and festive foods arrive!

  • Debunk popular health myths and understand which foods to choose for energy, immunity, and hormone health

  • Get to grips with meal planning and how to stock the pantry and freezer with nutritious, tasty staples

  • Save money, reduce waste, and improve their wellbeing

By combining forces, Cher and Sally hope to help people refresh their kitchens and build healthy eating habits ready for Christmas. For more details and to book your place go to: www.themindfulorganiser.com/kitchen-refresh
